"Jack Baron Lewis McNair" was born December 27th,20ll to my son Bryan and fiance Katie, Jack didn't want to be born on christmas day so he waited a wee bit and my husband and I are thrilled to welcome Jack into our family, we now have a forward line for hockey,we can't wait to meet him in 3 weeks in Vancouver but for now the video phone and skype are a godsend, this is the card I did for Jack. I guess I will have to change my bio to ready Nanna of 3, and this is the reason I call this blog Nannajanscards, for all my boys,

Welcome to my new Home Sense Blogging Buddies

As you have read before, I am working for Home Sense now, I am working with an amazing team, have made some really nice friends and am now making new friends with my customers with regards to card making, I have given quite a few of you my blogsite and hope that you enjoy it as much as I enjoy talking to each and every one of you. One of the first cards I made for my boss at HomeSense is one of my favourite cards, I did a hydrangea card from punch out flowers, love the color scheme, I use KittieKrafttypepad.com alot, as you can see from the following posts, this was so much fun to do. The 2nd card is a card for a baby girls lst christmas, it is Mo's First Christmas girl, I love playing with different colors than the norm. The 3rd is a magnolia image Tilda I did for my sister who has a beautiful granddaughter whom she adores, so I did this for Layla and Lori.

The next series of christmas card

As most of you know by now, I love digital stamping. Mo's Digital Stamp has to be my favourite, Mo Manning is the designer and just draws amazing, check out her sight. The first of this series is Ragged Santa, just so much fun, I color all my images with copics markers, I call them my best friends. The 2nd image is Sassy Cheryls snowmen again, we had a challenge at christmas, my golden girl buddies, and one of the color schemes was silver and blue, and thought this image would be a perfect image to do this color. The 3rd card is done with the ornament nesties, just love them, done with the pink poinsettia nestie in the middle, just so fancy, it is a change from coloring all the time, done with a martha stewart punch along the side. The 4th card is a Mo's image called brothers, my sisterinlaw and brotherinlaw have two beautiful grandsons and thought this was an appropriate card to do for them. Enjoy!!

The first of my christmas cards

Okay, I am having a few problems, so just bare with me, the first card if from a Plaid Poinsettia, using the nestability Pointsettia, just love it, with a Martha Stewart Punch. The 2nd card is an Edwin Stamp, made for my youngest grandson Milo, it was done as an easel card with all kinds of embellishments. The 3rd card is a digi from Make it Crafty and her name is Zoe, she is fun to color. The 4th card is from Sassy Cheryls Digi's and its called Ho Ho Ho Snowman, my BFF Karen just loves snowmen and I did this one for her. I love the teal and red color scheme. Fun!!

Sorry Blogging buddies, I am back!!

For all my blogging buddies, I am so sorry that I haven't done a post in a long time, I changed jobs in August, I am now at Home Sense and total love it, I miss my buddies at Michaels, especially Karen, but I have been doing cards just not had the time to post them. I have been a busy girl so watchout, here I post. The first card I did is Mo's digital Pencil called Teen Fairy Pia, done as a center step card, she is done in Martha Stewart paper and a fun image. The 2nd card was for my grandson Wesley, he was a knight for halloween, I couldn't find the right image so I got one from Google image coloring pages and it was perfect, He loved it and proudly displays it on his dresser.
The 3rd one was for Milo, he is my little pumpkin. He is also done with Mo's "The big one" and he thought it was funny, he proudly picked off all the little pumpkins on it.
The last of this set is a double twisted easel card I did for a challenge for Mo, it is done with Little Elf Mim and Little Elf Pipa, I reversed the one image so they coordinated, it was alot of work but a fun one to work with.
